Terms of Service
Effective September 8, 2026.
The service
SportReflex provides informational football analysis, model probabilities, opportunity rankings, historical performance and related subscription features. SportReflex is not a bookmaker, does not accept wagers, does not hold betting stakes and does not guarantee any sporting or financial outcome.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a contract and must satisfy the minimum lawful age applicable to the service and any gambling-related activity in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that accessing prediction/tipster content is lawful where you live.
No guarantee of profit
All predictions are probabilistic and can lose. Displayed probability, confidence, evidence, value, hit rate, ROI and past performance are estimates or historical observations, not promises of future performance. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate registration details and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Accounts may not be sold, shared commercially, scraped, automated-accessed or used to redistribute paid predictions without permission.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid access begins only after a valid payment is confirmed by the configured provider. Crypto transfers must use the exact asset, network, amount/address and validity window shown at checkout. Sending the wrong token or network can cause irreversible loss. Subscription duration, renewal behavior and price are displayed before checkout.
Refunds
Except where law requires otherwise, digital subscription access is generally non-refundable after access has been activated. Duplicate charges, verified technical billing errors or payments received without corresponding service access will be investigated. See the Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You may use SportReflex for personal informational purposes. You may not reverse engineer the model, scrape or mass-export protected predictions, circumvent subscription controls, abuse APIs, share credentials at scale, attempt unauthorized administration access, interfere with service security, or use SportReflex unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The SportReflex name, site design, prediction presentation, software, model outputs, databases, analysis, selection logic and other original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. A subscription grants access, not ownership or redistribution rights.
Availability and changes
Fixtures, odds, lineups and third-party sports data can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. SportReflex may change features, supported competitions, providers, prices or model versions and may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, security or external-provider outages.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportReflex is not liable for betting losses, lost profits, decisions made from predictions, third-party payment/network errors, wrong-wallet transfers, sportsbook actions, fixture/data-provider errors or indirect/consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
SportReflex may suspend or close accounts for fraud, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, security threats, unlawful activity or material violation of these terms. Users may stop using the service and may request account closure subject to legal/accounting retention obligations.
Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms operate subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Users remain responsible for complying with laws that apply to their access and use of football prediction information in their location.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
